I am the technical team lead for the eReading backend engineering team at the New York Public Library.
Who am I?
I've worked as a software engineer for 8+ years, most recently at Warby Parker prior to NYPL. I've been mainly focused on building backend services.
Advice for prospective candidates
Be yourself, and don't be afraid to admit what you don't know! The Digital team at the library is full of folks of different backgrounds with different strengths and areas for improvement. We don't expect you to know everything (because we don't either!), so take this as a chance to show us your interests and thought process!
