Who am I?

Kate Federiconi is a library manager who’s passionate about community, learning, and making the library a welcoming space for everyone. With a background in nonprofit work, programming, and outreach, she focuses on building strong local partnerships and creating services that reflect the needs of the people we serve. Whether she’s managing resources, supporting staff, or launching new ideas, her goal is to help the library grow as a place where everyone feels seen, supported, and inspired.
