Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA)
The Library’s DEIA Office is committed to promoting advocacy, inclusion, and awareness for staff through programming, collaboration, and outreach. The DEIA Office offers opportunities for staff to become directly involved in our DEIA efforts across the Library by participating in one of our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), where we provide platforms for employees to connect, share experiences, and build community. These combined efforts cultivate a sense of belonging and ensure a more diverse, equitable, inclusive, and accessible workplace for all.
