Rosa Caballero-Li
Director of BookOps
What I do at The New York Public Library
BookOps is a pioneering collaboration between The New York Public Library and Brooklyn Public Library that makes it possible for essential materials and resources to be available and delivered quickly and efficiently to millions of users across New York City. The BookOps team serves as the center of collections development and distribution for both library systems-from initial item selection to continuous circulation throughout the neighborhood branches.
Who am I?
I have over fifteen years of experience managing fast-paced high volume operations in both a neighborhood library and a centralized omni-channel patron support center.Â
