I am an experienced Library Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the library industry. I am skilled in mentorship, leadership, public management, library instruction, information literacy, and library research.

As Branch Manager for the New York Public Library, I am completely responsible for maintaining all aspects of branch operations.  I have oversight of branch schedules, branch programs, building maintenance, operational budgets, and purchase requests. I am also the hiring manager for my location. 

As a seasoned manager, I have learned how to build excellent high-performing teams by bringing together talented and diverse individuals. These efforts have led to the creation of excellent programs in a proactive customer service environment.
