I have worked for The New York Public Library for over 15 years. I started as a Library Page and worked my way up to a Library Manager. I am very passionate and dedicated to ensuring that everyone who enters a branch has the best customer service experience. I am a very motivated individual who prides herself in empowering myself, my colleagues and the communities I serve.

My advice to anyone seeking to work for The New York Public Library is to ensure that you have a passion to serve diverse communities and are ready to bring forth the best version of yourself.  We aim to be curious, helpful and resourceful!
