What I do at The New York Public Library
Provides guidance to library staff on copyright related inquiries, including advice on copyright best practices and policies, rights research, and active clearances; conducts rights metadata implementation granting levels of access for digitized collection materials; and leads the Digitization Coordinators team.
Who am I?
I have over 12 years of experience working in rights clearance and research; specifically for digitization and publishing projects for libraries, museums, and commercial publishers. I hold a Masters in Library and Information Science from the Pratt Institute, with an emphasis on Information Policy, Art Librarianship, and Archives.
