What I do at The New York Public Library
I lead the Quality Assurance team at NYPL Digital, where we're in the middle of a real shift. We're moving from traditional, end-of-cycle QA toward an embedded engineering model where quality gets built in from the start.
I care most about engineers who take ownership, write tests because they believe in them, and treat quality as a craft.
